How It Works?
  • When fat cells are exposed to controlled cooling, a process of natural removal is triggered, which gradually reduces the thickness of the fat layer.
  • The result is a visible reduction in the treated area.

What Happens During the Procedure?
  1. You and your CoolSculpting practitioner select the treatment area(s).
  2. A non-invasive applicator draws tissue into a vacuum cup and delivers controlled cooling.
    • During the vacuum process you will feel a sharp tug and pressure followed by a sensation of intense cold. This soon dissipates.
    • Lipids inside the fat cells (triglycerides) will crystallize, triggering natural cell death.
What Happens After the Procedure?
Immediately
You can return to normal activities following your procedure. Some patients experience redness, minor bruising, tingling, or numbness in the treated area, but this is temporary.
Weeks/Months following
